Know before you call
See the appliance, issue, approximate area and preferred times before deciding.
For repair businesses
Receive a structured request, decide if it fits and keep the agreed visit and outcome in one place. No subscription. No fee for a lead, response or appointment that did not happen.
The working-day problem
Missing appliance details, scattered documents, repeated calls and handwritten reports steal time from billable work.
See the appliance, issue, approximate area and preferred times before deciding.
Accept, decline or propose another time. Your capacity and response remain your decision.
Messages, visit status, diagnosis and completion are tied to the same job.
The standard event fee begins only after an attended visit is confirmed.
Before receiving requests
Enter your legal business, contact and billing details, select the appliances and manufacturers you service, and add a payment card. The card authorisation and SCA process controls access and collectability. It does not prove technical competence.
A useful first view
For a private multi-response request, you see only the appliance, issue, approximate area and availability. Identity, contact details and the exact address remain hidden until the consumer selects you.
For direct selection, the consumer has already chosen your business based on the relevant service scope and information shown.
Your decision
You stay responsible for the visit, timing, diagnosis and price. Assetifyr does not set your service price, diagnose the fault or guarantee the result.
Once selected, use the private thread for messages and structured actions: proposed time, accepted appointment, attended visit, diagnosis, completed repair or dispute.
PAYG billing
The invoice lists each confirmed attended event and consumer-confirmed completion. The saved payment method is charged off-session under the disclosed mandate and SCA rules.
Keep the queue honest
At three open unconfirmed or disputed events, new requests pause until at least one is resolved. Three non-attendance anomalies in 30 days, or more than 30% across the last ten appointment windows, can also pause eligibility for review.
The pilot identifies and authorises the business. It does not currently verify the identity, competence or insurance of each person attending the visit.
